Dr Daniel Jess is Founder and Principal Adviser of Affekt. He brings senior operational, governance, and advisory experience across disability, aged care, mental health, education, and professional services, and has advised organisations including Virgin Australia, Allianz, UNSW, Chempro Chemists, Infinite Aged Care, and the Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Daniel has held board chair and deputy chair roles, secured more than $100 million in funding for brands, and has led large, regulated service operations with responsibility for governance, risk, compliance, and organisational performance.
