Affekt is led by Dr Daniel Jess, an experienced healthcare executive, adviser, researcher and educator.
Daniel brings more than two decades of leadership, consulting and organisational development experience, together with doctoral-level research expertise and extensive experience across strategy, growth, marketing, people and organisational capability.
He continues to work directly with Affekt clients, particularly founders, executives and leadership teams navigating growth, complexity and organisational change.
